"Dear Doctor John Osborne and dear staff:
It is with a deep sense of gratitude that I write this note. Your professional expertise and your spirit of kindness for me have born much fruit in my recovery from aortic valve replacement surgery nearly one year ago. It has enabled me to once again participate in my favorite sports activity, triathlon.
On May 25 of this year I entered the Capital of Texas Triathlon in Austin exactly 10 months after my surgery and I was able to finish as the winner of my age group.
As a man of faith I give Glory to God for his providence and leading me into your care. May He use you to be the instrument of healing in the lives of all your patients past, present and future.
Gratefully,"

"The Your Call Cardiology was great. I thought that the technology worked fine.
My wife and I were at two different locations we had called in on the conference line provided and we were able to see everything Dr. Osborne needed to show us on our own computers while we were able to speak with him on the conference call at the same time."

"Dear Dr. Osborne and Staff,
I want to express my sincerest gratitude to you and your staff. You are truly a physician of compassion. I have worked in the medical field for some 20 years and have seen the full circle in the medical field. I gave up on physician ethics and compassion a long time ago when insurance companies became the physicians and physicians had to bow down to them. The all mighty dollar is what drives the industry today.
You and your staff have proven me incorrect. You are an exceptional physician.
When I came to your office it was for an ultrasound, due to an abnormal x-ray my family physician reviewed. I was scheduled for surgery January 24th and thought it would have to be cancelled due to such short time I had to get everything done and be cleared for surgery. Your staff was amazing to work me in and it seemed so effortlessly for them. So many times when you call an office for an appointment (and as a work in-patient) they "sigh" as if it was too much trouble. "COODO's" to your staff. They are exceptionally wonderful, caring, and polite. Never making you (the patient) feel uncomfortable.
You are, and should be awarded the most compassionate, generous physician in the world. As my husband and I waited to see you my heart was pounding not knowing what to expect. Since the nuclear stress test was showing abnormal it was very concerning for my husband and myself. When you explained all the previous tests and stated that you still needed a CTA test before giving your blessing I was getting more anxious especially since my surgery was on Thursday. Time was short and I still needed to finish my pre-op at the hospital. Once again your staff was wonderful. They prepared me for the CTA and we waited patiently for you to read the results. When you let us know that everything looked great and cleared me for surgery I was very relieved. You made an uncomfortable situation; comfortable by the way you explain the tests to patients in terms they can understand.
God bless you and your staff for everything you have done for me. I will be sure to refer anyone looking for a cardiologist. Thank you again for being a truly 'Great Physician'."
"I wanted to take a minute and let you know how much I appreciated your care. It was so kind of you and your staff to wait for me to drive to your office on Wednesday evening. I know we all value our family time and I hated keeping you away. Please know it was greatly appreciated and I know the kindness will come back to each of you.
Once again 'Thank You' and have a blessed week!"

May God bless you and all your family for your good deeds."

"Dr. Osborne,
Just wanted to express my sincere gratitude for getting me in and doing the CAT so quickly. It is rare for find a doctor who shows such genuine concern for his patients. You and Randy Perkins are very similar in that way. Thank you and I will be referring anyone with a need your way. Thanks!"
- Ron.

"Hello Dr. Osborne,
I(we) wanted to thank you for your time and thorough overview of my test results. Once again, that was truly the most amazing healthcare experience I’ve ever had. My wife and mother are very grateful, as am I.
As you’re aware, my mother’s health history is what prompted Dr. S’s referral. I was wondering if you could possibly recommend anyone in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area who has a practice similar to your preventative practice. Their office doesn’t have to be as gorgeous as yours ;-) We are just looking for comparable patient etiquette, technology and skills; Onsite Lab, onsite CT, onsite Level III Cardiac CT Angiography, etc. I think the closest we’ve found up there is the Mayo Clinic, but it’s extremely difficult to get a diagnostic referral to the Mayo unless you’re the Sultan of Brunei.
Again, thank you very much. I look forward to personally referring your practice to everyone I know in DFW.
Regards,
"

"Dear Dr. Osborne:
I wanted to write and express my gratitude for the wonderful care I received from you and your entire staff during my Cardiac CT Angiography yesterday.
My expectations were high or I would not have made the trip all the way from AZ to have you examine my heart.
The actual experience exceeded my expectations in every way.
The report you provided was more thorough, detailed and comprehensive then any I could ever have gotten from any of the finniest hospitals in the country and at 1/20th of the cost. The process was quick, simple and painless. The professionalism, care and respectful attention I received from your entire staff was extraordinary. Every step in the process was an impressive experience from the moment I checked in to final checkout. You must be very proud of the service you are providing.
I am grateful I had the opportunity to undergo a Level III CT Angiography and to have done so under your care. Your attention to detail and compassion are unparalleled. You are a credit to the profession.
I now have an in depth understanding of the health of my heart. I no longer need wonder about what might be wrong. I know that I am doing exactly what is required to maintain a healthy heart and take comfort in knowing I will never have to face the prospect of heart failure.
Thank you "
